I’ve been testing a habit-forming app called “Fabulous”. The app relies on research from Duke University to design routines and challenges. It includes ways to get support from other users and people you share your goals with. So far, it’s been a great, simple app to introduce me to basic “anchor” habits (easy ones that are supposed to build momentum for bigger goals).
